As a general rule Planning Applications / Appeals or Enforcement matters received prior to the publication of the Agenda are added to the Agenda for discussion at the meeting. Where possible, LGPC reach a decision at the meeting which they submit to DBC Planning, or LGPC seek additional information where necessary.
Occasionally Planning Applications / Appeals or Enforcement matters received after publication of the Agenda may be added to the Planning Agenda for the meeting where there has been time to consider the application.
